The Governance Desk is for analytics teams who cannot pause for seven weeks but still need data governance on a live product. It is not a tool demo and not a legal opinion.
What a desk day actually contains
Morning: you walk us through the noisiest event family and every downstream copy you know — warehouse, reverse-ETL, laptop, partner feed. Afternoon: we mark a one-page analytics data contract in the room. Names, owners, consent, retention, access. If the stream is larger than a day, we stop at a honest boundary rather than fake completeness.
Typical guests: a product analytics lead, someone who can change tracking code, and someone who can drop or mask a table. If legal wants to listen, they are welcome; we still will not pretend to be counsel.
When the Desk is the wrong product
If nobody on your side can change an event name, do not book a desk — send them to the flagship path first so the vocabulary exists. If you need a GDPR certification for EU users, we will decline; our teaching is built around app analytics practice and PDPA-aware habits in Thailand, not a European audit badge.
If you want software selected for you (catalog, CDP, warehouse), that is outside our remit. We will say so in the first reply.
