Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply only to tuition actually paid to Cloudcacheline for a named path (Field Notes, Rayong Cohort, Resident Desk, or a quoted lab). Complimentary guest reviews, unpaid alumni office hours, and unconfirmed waitlist spots have nothing to refund. This site never charges you; if a third party billed you while pretending to be us, write immediately — that is not our invoice.

Timeframe

Request a refund in writing to info@cloudcacheline.digital. For a Rayong Cohort seat, a full refund is available if we receive the request at least 14 full days before the published start date. Between 13 days and 48 hours before start, a partial refund of 50% of tuition paid may be issued. Inside 48 hours, or after the first live desk has begun, cohort tuition is not refundable except as listed under exceptions.

Full or partial refund — other products

Field Notes: full refund within 7 days of licence delivery if you have not downloaded more than the overview packet. After substantial download or after 7 days, the licence is non-refundable. Resident Desk and Governance Desk days: full refund if cancelled at least 10 days before the agreed date; 50% if cancelled between 9 days and 72 hours; no refund inside 72 hours, because travel and room time are already committed.

Non-refundable items

Bank transfer fees, third-party platform charges you chose, printed materials you asked us to courier, and custom NDA legal review you requested are non-refundable. A completed week-seven presentation slot that you simply skipped is not a ground for refund.

Refund process

Email from the address on the invoice, name the engagement, and state whether you are cancelling entirely or transferring to a later desk. We confirm in writing within five working days. Approved refunds are processed within 15 working days after that confirmation. We may ask for the original payment reference.

Refund method

Refunds return to the same method and account that paid the invoice, in Thai baht unless the invoice was issued in another currency. We do not refund onto this website, because this website does not hold payment instruments.

Cancellation by us

If Cloudcacheline cancels a cohort or desk date and cannot offer a reasonably similar alternative within 90 days, you receive a full refund of tuition paid for that engagement. If we offer a later date and you decline, you still receive a full refund.

Exceptions

Serious illness or a documented family emergency may justify a deferred seat rather than cash, even inside the ordinary windows; we decide case by case and may ask for evidence. If we materially fail to deliver the live desk hours described in the confirmation letter, you may request a proportional refund of the undelivered portion. Statutory rights under Thai consumer law, where they apply, are not limited by this page.
